Vanilla caviar: the seeds, without the bean

Vanilla caviar is pure seeds scraped by hand from Madagascar Bourbon vanilla beans, with nothing added. It saves you from splitting and scraping each bean yourself: just spoon out the amount you need, straight into the cream, batter or ice cream. Certified organic, it comes in 40 g and 100 g tins. Vanilla powder

Made from dried, ground vanilla beans, organic vanilla powder blends easily into dry mixes: cookie doughs, shortbread doughs, crumbles, drink mixes. It is coming soon to our European stock.

Spent vanilla seeds and powder

Recovered from the beans after extraction, they add vanilla’s signature black specks and a milder note, at a low price. They work well in ice creams, cookies and dry mixes, when appearance matters as much as intensity. These two products are not certified organic.
