Today, I’m going to share with you my recipe How to make a very delicious chocolate coffee ganach recipe. This is very simple to do and the result is very amazing.

For this recipe, you’ll need :
200 grams of dark chocolate
1 teaspoon of instant dried coffee
1 cup of heavy cream – this is whipping cream 35 percent and a recipe note if you want your chocolate ganache to have a very very strong coffee flavor you can double the instant coffee from one teaspoon up to two teaspoons which would be about 4 grams

You need to heat your cream up to 165 degrees Fahrenheit and you are ready to go.

So now, grab your instant coffee just get that right into the
cream just going to stir that in.

Instant coffee always dissolves better in a hot liquid I just want to get that in there.

Mix it in completely before you add it in with your dark chocolate and that looks really really nice.
And then you’re simply going to pour that right on top of our dark chocolate. And just let that sit for about two minutes. I want the chocolate and that whipping cream to slowly start incorporating I want it to become friends with each other nice and slowly.

So this is about two to three minutes later no more than that.

Grab your little whisk and just start slowly incorporating this. You will see the magic happening with this Chocolate Coffee Ganach recipe.

So you’ll need to just slowly stirring this from the middle and if you find your mixture is a little bit on the cool side you can put this over a pot of water Bain Marie.

And just incorporate a little bit more. Heat into the bottom of your mixing bowl.

If you’re about another 30 seconds of stirring, you’ll have your really nice chocolate coffee ganache very nice and smooth. This is really simple really amazing.
