Availability requests, newsletter sign-ups and messages sent through the contact form (including any photos) reach us by email; they are not stored on the website.
Who Your Data Is Shared With
Only with the necessary service providers, each for its own task:
- Madagascar Ventures LLC (USA): processes payments on behalf of Sustainable Concepts SARL.
- PayPal: payment by PayPal or by card. Your card data is processed by PayPal, never by us.
- Our logistics partner in France: preparing and shipping parcels (name, address, phone).
- The selected carrier: delivering the parcel.
- Brevo (France): sending the newsletter, if you have subscribed.
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland): only if you gave us your number and we contact you that way.
- SiteGround: website hosting.
Some service providers may process data outside the European Union; such transfers are then covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision).
Cookies
- Necessary cookies (cart, session, security, remembering your cookie choice): these do not require consent.
- Order source tracking cookies (WooCommerce, “sbjs_” cookies): set only if you click “Accept” in the banner.
Your choice is kept for 6 months. You can change it at any time using the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page. Declining makes no difference to how you can use the site.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to bonjour@levanillier.com; we reply within one month.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority, or with the data protection authority of your country.

This policy may change, for example when a new service provider is added. The date of the last update is shown below.
